Privacy Policy

Everything below is collected only when you take an action that triggers it — nothing runs silently.

• Your wallet address, when you connect it — plus your $ANSEM balance and transaction history, read directly from the public Solana blockchain (the same data anyone can see on a block explorer).
• Your X (Twitter) profile, if you choose to connect it — username, display name, profile picture, verified status, and your X user ID.
• A name you type in, if you choose that instead of connecting X.
• Referral relationships — which wallet invited which, if you share a referral link.
• Daily activity timestamps — e.g. when you use the daily "Charge" button, or redeem an invite code.

We don't collect email addresses, passwords, or payment details. We don't run analytics or ad trackers.

To generate your Bull Card, calculate your rank/tenure/streaks, track referrals, gate beta access, and (if you connect X) let you log into our forum. Everything is used to run the feature you just used — nothing is repurposed beyond that.

• Vercel and Upstash — our hosting and database providers. They store data on our behalf; they don't use it for their own purposes.
• Our Solana RPC provider — reads your public wallet balance, exactly like any blockchain explorer would.
• X (Twitter) — governs the OAuth sign-in itself under its own privacy policy.
• Our forum (forum.blackbullclub.com) — if you log into it, we send it your X user ID, username, display name, and a generated placeholder email address (not a real inbox) to create your forum account there.

We do not sell your data.

As long as your wallet stays connected with us. If you want it removed, contact us (below) and we'll delete your wallet's stored data — display name, serial number, referral records, and activity history.

You can ask us to show you what we hold on your wallet, correct it, delete it, or stop processing it, at any time — no reason required. Contact mail@blackbullclub.com.

The only cookie we set is a session cookie created when you sign in with X — it's strictly functional (it keeps you signed in) and isn't used for tracking or advertising.

Black Bull Club isn't intended for anyone under 16.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be called out on the homepage.
